I — The role
What you transmit.
CENIT is hiring an independent trainer for the AI for HR pathway. You are a CHRO, talent lead or practitioner HR consultant who has deployed AI in real environments: bias-free candidate screening, individualised pathways, administrative relief. You master law 09-08 and carry a strong sensitivity to algorithmic ethics. You train Moroccan HR professionals to save time without ever dehumanising the function.
II — Missions
Your day-to-day missions.
- Lead the AI for HR pathway sessions (augmented recruitment, individualised training, administrative automation).
- Design anti-bias workshops and usage charters compliant with law 09-08.
- Equip learners on concrete cases: CV screening, feedback, onboarding, workforce planning.
- Facilitate the mandatory ethical reflection of each session.
- Evolve the programme alongside the legal framework and HR-tech tools.
III — Profile
The profile we are looking for.
- Active CHRO, talent acquisition lead or HR consultant (12+ years).
- Real deployment of AI tools in HR contexts.
- Mastery of law 09-08 and data protection stakes.
- Acute sensitivity to algorithmic ethics and fairness.
- Fluent French; Arabic appreciated.
