Once the programme is chosen, one last decision remains: in which format to take it? On-site, hybrid, remote? The answer is not ideological. It depends on your role, your schedule and where you are on the Rabat–Casablanca axis. Here is how to decide.

Intensive on-site: maximum value

For AI, on-site is not a comfort, it is a multiplier. Skill comes from the workshop: you try, you fail, the trainer corrects in real time, your neighbour shares a tip. This density of learning is impossible to reproduce behind a screen. Our flagship programmes — GenAI for Marketing, The Augmented Developer, AI for Executives — are at their best on-site, at the Agdal campus in Rabat.

For whom: professionals in Rabat, and those in Casablanca ready for a train trip (the campus is 5 minutes from Agdal station). This is the format to prioritise when possible.

Hybrid: the smart compromise

Hybrid combines on-site days (the key workshops) and remote sessions (theory, follow-up, debrief). It suits teams that want the intensity of the workshop without blocking a full week of travel. Several of our Practitioner programmes exist in hybrid form — notably AI for HR and AI for Finance.

For whom: the "in-between" professionals, or teams whose schedule cannot accommodate several consecutive on-site days.

Fully remote: flexibility

Some programmes — such as SEO & GEO in the AI era — lend themselves well to remote delivery, as they rest more on method and analysis than on collective hands-on work. Remote opens training to professionals across the Kingdom, beyond the Rabat–Casablanca axis.

For whom: the self-employed, profiles outside the corridor, or those whose work suits more autonomous learning.

In-house: the team format

When several colleagues must upskill together, bespoke in-house training is often unbeatable: content calibrated to your use cases, team cohesion, and delivery on your premises, in Casablanca as in Rabat. This is the domain of CENIT Executive.

Quick decision table

  • I'm in Rabat and want the most → on-site.
  • I'm in Casablanca, tight schedule → on-site over 1-2 intensive days (train) or hybrid.
  • I'm outside the corridor → remote or hybrid.
  • We are a team → bespoke in-house.
  • Very hands-on programme (marketing, dev) → on-site preferably.
  • Methodological programme (SEO/GEO) → remote possible.

Our pedagogical conviction

Whatever the format, one principle does not change: you learn AI by producing, not by listening. Every session, on-site or not, is built around a real deliverable. That is the heart of our method.
